Everything is going great. Violet has been teething a lot lately. (I finally managed to get a couple of her teeth on film! - see below) She must be getting in about 5 teeth as she kept us up a couple of nights this week. :)
She had her first bite of chicken and made a gagging face/noise. It was pretty funny actually. I can imagine (I didn't taste it!) how unsalted, unflavored ground to a liquid chicken must taste. (YUCK!) We had to make sure she wasn't allergic before we gave her any kind of combinations with chicken in them though. She had macaroni and cheese too. She loves that (Of course, it's one of dad's favorite foods!) and she had her first "desert" for Valentines Day. That was gone in about a second!
She is getting much stronger and is rolling over like crazy. We keep finding her in strange positions in her crib. She manages to wedge her self sideways (she won't fit at all that way for much longer). It's pretty cute.
She is also making all kinds of strange and adorable noises. She likes to pretend she is coughing, grunts frequently and screams at the top of her lungs as regular forms of communication. I really feel like we are getting to be able to read her easily now.
We went to Target on a family outing last night and Violet sat in the big girl cart. Fun was had by all. I can't believe how big she is getting! Hope to see you all soon! ( I am adding a couple extra photos at the end for you guys! - not sure how she ended up in that position! :))
